Quit Test Essentials Junior and Preteen

Prior to your evaluation I would like you to sit down by yourself and reflect on what you have accomplished by having martial arts in your life. This is a personal account of your time training, meeting new friends and the benefits of being a member of Red Griffin Studio.

Your essay should include personal references to those who have guided you, helped you and inspired you, even when you felt like quitting. You should include why you stuck it out and what earning your next belt means to you.

Discuss some of your setbacks but also focus on your accomplishments. You are here for a reason and this essay will justify that.

At the end of your evaluation, I will ask you to reflect on the Quit Test itself. Take a few days to let yourself absorb what you just experienced. Only you can put into words what you went through Physically, Menatally and Emotionally. Hopefully, it was something truly amazing that will help you approach other obstacles in life...

Late essays will delay the presentation process. Please make sure you complete it in a timely manner. Parents may assist with younger students.
