Shane Weaver started his martial arts training in 1989 at a local martial arts studio in Welland, Ontario, Canada, under the direction of Wayne Wells and Harold Howard. From traditional Jiu Jitsu training to Sport Jiu Jitsu tournaments, to national coaching and international media coverage, Shane Weaver has proven to be one of the area's most successful martial arts entrepreneurs today.

Weaver is a fifth degree Black Belt in the art of Jiu Jitsu and has an extensive background in Boxing and Kickboxing. He has competed on the regional, provincial and national circuit. Since retiring from competition, Shane has utilized his years of martial arts experience & skill into operating Niagara's most recognized martial arts studio.

As a martial artist, Weaver has traveled extensively to seek out the world's best instructors and martial art leaders. He equates much of his success to his mentors George Hall, John Graden, Tom Callos and Rob Colasanti.
